Birthday Skirt?

Marci got Addie this adorable Birthday Shirt from Gymboree.

But... she needed a skirt to go with it! She told me she saw these "no sew" tulle skirts on line and thought they were really cute. I did some hunting and found this, this and this.
I got some ballet pink and hot pink tulle and had fun making this EASY little skirt.
