Kelley, you came to my rescue again. Next Saturday we are having Chrissy's new in-laws over for a luncheon and (in addition to introducing them to our version of Cafe' Rio), dessert will include 2 cookies I got from you...the lemon sandwiches you blogged about and the white-chocolate dipped ginger cookies Mary brought to our luncheon at your parent's beach house (they are becoming an engagement luncheon tradition). Thanks for the yummy ideas!
About Us........ This blog is about the moments that fill our lives. Honestly, there never is a dull one! Mark and I have been married 30 years and have 5 great kids and 3 grand-kids. We've gone from California to New York ... then to Dallas, Chicago and Memphis. We transferred to Jacksonville, Florida and stayed there for 5 years ( a record, I might add). We then followed our daughter, Marci and her husband, Mike to Texas. They live in Katy with their three little ones . (who couldn't possibly be any cuter). Our son, Mark (aka Mack)lives in Florida with his adorable wife, Cheryl. He is a County Commissioner for St. John's County and is deployed for his second term to Iraq with the Florida Army National Guard . Our middle daughter, Kayley is married to a wonderful guy, Scott Miller. Now we have two Scotts in the family. We are thrilled that Scott's company recently transferred them back to Houston. They have relocated to Katy where Scott grew up. We still have(our)Scott and Hope at home and love having my parents just a few miles away. Life is Good!
